While yes, PlayStation dominates Xbox in Japan, they're also beating them worldwide now. So I think this referring to every country.
The thing is nintendo CAN sell this at a loss and that's the point you're missing. They're trying everything not to, but they have enough money to survive for a long time as a company. Their not going anywhere.

The thing with their bravias is their higher end models are expensive, but their lower end (which are still high quality) are cheaper than most samsung and lg tv's. I got my 40in bravia for only $400 and it has the best picture and input lag for gaming. People just need to look for them next time you're in the store.
I agree with you, but there is also nothing wrong with preferring a particular ecosystem unless you bash the other. For example, I play PlayStation, PC, and Nintendo because I like the games they offer. But I also have to pay for the games, my subscription, actually have the time to play them all, gas, school, work, my bills, etc. I've owned an original xbox and a 360. I have no plans to get the xbox one, it just isn't my cup of tea personally. Halo isn't exactly a systeam seller ...

There's been rumors of Ni No Kuni 2 on PS4 , I sure hope it's that.
I go PS4 and PC better combo in my opinion, you actually get more games. The PC offers way more exclusives than Xbox does and I'm not paying for two subscriptions on top of all the games these platforms already offer, my bills, school, time, etc.
The PS3 was also more expensive, released later, and had a tougher start.
PS4's outselling them in every country look at the math still.
Same thing for me. My gamestop clerk told me he sold 9 PS4's in just the past hour and only 2 xbone's in the past week.
I just watched Elysium the blu ray on my PS4 and everything went perfect.
