Let's not forget, most countries use a US account to gain access to the store, and i'm pretty sure most US users trying to access the european store create an english PSN ID, therefore information from both countries might be as much as 50% fewer than it says there.
btw, i'm one of those 101k accounts from Argentina xD
yeap, im in argentina and the price is similar (around 900 bucks), but that's in Sony's official store, there are many retailers that sell the systems for a much less (but still more expensive than in US territory, about 500 dollars a 120 hd PS3)
But hey, we have the money, we can afford it. Not like many americans, who need to get their system after freezing to death with a crowd of white trash cattle on black friday, at the entrance of some Mid-Class-Mart
Well, i'm not taking any chances, too bad cause i really wanted to play the game as the dev team intended me to. Nowadays, with HDD consoles, the games are going retail filled with bugs, and then, this happens, they can't even fix them, too bad dude =/
Hell yeah Monster Dash 2!!... what? Oh, it isn't??
Tsk, tsk, tsk
