I believe that was what the article covered, the third week of the sale. I even quoted "Week 3" in the article. But I appreciate your feedback.
Is this game the next big thing in indie gaming?
Yes, it was a tad underwhelming considering the hype.
Yep, they got us all good. But the TGS is coming up soon, so maybe we'll have MGS news there.
Who knows, but Konami does like to create high drama.
Yeah, it's great to see so many good ideas come out of the indie gaming world.
What do you think the genre will be?
The chest hint is discussed in this article. Thank you for your response!
That was the opinion of one Ubisoft employee. I don't see how it would be boring either. The architecture wouldn't be the best for parkour, but many cultural/historical aspects of Japan would blend seamlessly with the AC lore.
I didn't really like anything XIII-related either. But, it wasn't just FF that took a hit on the Seventh Gen consoles-- JRPGs in general were something of a disappointment on the PS3 and Xbox 360. But I think that'll change on the PS4 and XOne
Agreed, X still has my favorite method of leveling up. I'm shocked that they never revisited the sphere grid-- was such a cool way of improving characters.
Discuss! What settings do you think will appear in the near future and what settings would you personally like to see?
I don't know how I'd react to an X-3. It depends on how it was made/what it was about.
X-2 did have potential, but I agree with you that it could have been much better. We'll see what happens, but if it comes out I'd be interested to see where they took Tidus/ if they would address the much-speculated tie- in with Final Fantasy VII-- something that came about due to an Al-Bhed kid named "Shinra".
There have been many games rushed to the forefront that were ultimately met with disappointment. The writer has it right: let the developers do their thing and release a great game later rather than a mediocre game now.
The Nintendo 64 only had two release titles upon its North American release. Thank you.
@Hicken and @Donnieboi.
Please read the article and understand the argument before responding in stentorian belligerence.
Yes, only two (2) games for the Nintendo 64 were spoken of-- primarily because the Nintendo 64 only had two (2) launch titles. Which was really the whole point of the argument-- quality over quantity.
Moreover, yes Resistance was an okay game-- as was GUN. But they hardly had the same lasting impact that Mario 64 had on ...
Agreed, my friend.
Who wouldn't want more ninja games?
I think it's a great game too. Still, I feel it was a missed opportunity to make it better.
