Why are so many people that obviously only have the PS3 continually telling everyone that they are buying the PS3 version. Well duh!
Hey, you probably didn't get the memo, but you need to buy the version that matches the console that you have. And since you ONLY own a PS3, they you don't need to tell us which version you are buying.

What does your reply to oohwii have to do with the subject or even his comment. From what I read he never mentioned anything about which console was going to pass the other. He asked you not to try and interpret what someone else was saying. Although I see where you are going with your last comment, it is not really telling the full truth. You're right 360 fans were saying that the PS3 would have to sell 500K plus to catch the 360. That's because at the time, PS3 fans were saying that the PS3 would catch and pass the 360 by the end of 2008.

I have never ever seen a game that has generated as much hate as halo3 has done with the typical sony fanboy. Halo 3 must give you guys nightmares, because you folk never pass up an opportunity to lend a couple words to the halo hate library. It's kinda pathetic.

It's funny you should say that, because that is EXACTLY the way people feel about PS3 FANBOYS on N4G. No on a more serious note, if you think that the demographic between the PS3 and the 360 are different, the you are gravely mistaking. I believe that if there is a factor that makes live noiser than PSN is simply the shear numbers of users using live.

I really don't have a huge desire for UT3 as I did Halo, Orange box, and bioshock. But, trust me, I'm not sore about it not being on...
Epic is trying to hold true to their agreement that the PS3 version will be out first. What will be funny is if they over cook this and by the time the 360 version ships, the 360 fans are over it. And it wind up selling like "Totemball" for XBLA.

It was a PS3 launch title, need I say more. During the PS3 launch a resistance commercial was on every 15 minutes. Funny though how the numbers didn't start to increase until Sony forced people to own it by bundling it with the PS3.
