Motorstorm has been out in Japan for probably over a month so everything we're hearing is really about the Japanese version. If Heavenly Sword is really coming out in March we should probably be hearing something soon or it's not coming out in March.
Although price and games are very important, there's also the fact that people usually just buy what they want, simple as that.
