This was going to be my point. Everything MS is doing right now, is paving the way for the Scorpio next year. I just got this feeling that they're getting all the ducks in a row for an awesome launch next year!
XB1 stumbling out of the gate could have been the best thing for XB gamers... Heck, even the original XB1 has eveloved into a pretty darn good console.
Loading and unloading the discs are a bit of a problem.
The issues I have with discs are space in my entertainment center, and my kids that don't take care of the discs. I'd find them laying around the TV. Plus, it looked like they were eating glaze doughnuts and handled the disc with every single finger. That's my reasons for going mostly digital.
I prefer digital as well. I wouldn't go as far as 99%, but I would guess more than 50% are on the digital side now

Yup... I thought the campaign was very good, but played through it the second time and enjoyed it even more. MS has absolutely killed it these last couple months!!
I can see someone giving it a 10. It's an awesome game. I've had a blast playing it and can see myself putting many, many hours put into it.

They post one from a site called Media Create every month. And yes... XB sales in Japan are almost non existent. Overall console sales are very low for that matter

Not only did it not backfire, the XB1S is doing very well. PS obviously has done a great job this gen, but releasing their slim and the pro within 2 months of each is a bad move. I'm sure the pro will sell extremely well once released
No way do they catch up bro. At least from a worldwide standpoint. US, UK, Aus, and Canada? Possibly... I'm an XB owner and can clearly see that... The good news is sales are very strong and that's very encouraging for future XB gaming.

Anyway... MS has done a good job the last couple of years in stopping the bleeding. It seems they are now laying the foundation for a very successful launch of the Scorpio.
