Tomb raider was just announced for ps4 a few days ago. But that didn't stop people from being 100% certain it was coming to ps4 when the game was announced at e3 2014. And everyone "knew" it was coming out early 2016.

It's OK to assume tomb raider is coming to ps4 but not alright to assume this game is coming to xb1. Even when they announced tr was timed exclusive they never said it was coming to ps4. Not until a few days ago.. Over a year since the game was announced.
I get it though making more money is a stupid idea /s

I think that was exactly his point. If someone busted their ass to get to the center of the universe and someone else just downloaded a mod that got them there that would be unfair and take away from the sense of achievement
It's not an mmo. Just because a lot of people play the game on one server doesn't make it an mmo, there's practically no social interaction in this game

yes exactly, and there are so many people in the same boat. I also think the game is a product of its time. If they remade the first two I don't think many people would want to play them all the way through unless it's just for the nostalgia.
However they could do a simple video in the beginning of the game to get people caught up.
They were going to do something like that remember DRM? I was all for it but people that were never going to buy the system to begin with got pissed off
