Nintendo has never done a mid Gen upgrade. Why would they do it this generation
It would be cool to play with some of my friends that primarily play on pc or ps4 for multiplatform titles
Yea a way out should add dlc, pay to win, the ability to buy cosmetics and dancing emotes.
Developers should have the freedom to create whatever they want. If a game isn't the way you like don't buy it.. It's that simple
I agree. Game length doesn't equal value. There's games that are short that have had a bigger impact on me than lengthier ones. I really enjoyed a way out, it's something I will revisit with a different friend next time around.
Getting this
No kyro you are wrong. I bought a physical copy of destiny and shadow of mordor. I let my brother have those copies because he just got his xbox and later those games were on a digital sale so I rebought them. I was able to play those games instantly after purchase. there was a very small download which was just the license to play what I already had downloaded on my hdd.
Except for the fact that the disc nowadays is basically just a license to play the game. Look at your hdd and you will see you're downloading the game anyway.

They won't run a monopoly. Amazon and many others already sell digital games and have digital sales that rival the main stores sales
I got the game at launch and loved it. It's not my favorite mass effect game but it was still a good game

They didn't buy pubg first. It is an early access game and Sony doesn't do early access. As for rotr Microsoft funded and helped the game with development. Similar to what Sony did with street fighter except they bought street fighter and made it an exclusive, sold the game bare bones basically an early access game but charged full price.
I would rather it be next Gen. Would you really want the next elder scrolls game to be on the same engine that skyrim was on? That's not how Bethesda does things
You can play solo. And if you don't want to there's this little game called Fallout 4 you can play maybe you've heard about it

It's a mp shared world game. If you don't like that don't play it. Not every game has to cater towards your preference

They would have to sacrifice too much for the game to run correctly on switch. And for what? A few more sales nothing crazy.
It's a really smart move. Cutting out the single player that the majority of people don't play is the equivalent to a restaurant no longer selling a dish no one orders. They should just focus on what sells
They are listening to gamers. Money talks. They wouldnt put loot boxes in their games if no one was buying them.

The wii u is not a mid Gen upgrade its its own console. If it were a mid Gen upgrade its games would be playable on the wii
