made games utilizing HD-DVD? If so how come, because I did a survey for PS3 owners and they said they would buy the blu-ray if it was an add-on for PS3.
don't be surprised when NG2 don't come until FFXIII or MGS4 comes to the 360.
you guys should've supported HD-DVD add-on, I bet PS3 owners would still buy blu-ray if it was an add-on.
serves you right for not supporting HD-DVD now it will be with your xbox1 and 32x.LOL
that's not etirely true dude because some ppl such as myself like MGS4 waayyy over splinter cell but I'm buying convinction also.
some ppl want the extra store(blu-ray) and HDD for excellent gaming,although 360 games have been running better that's not to say for how long.
go and purchase a HD-DVD add on my goodness. so just in case where M$ says that limited edition of games are going to be using HD-DVD don't leave yourself out in the cold.
and what's this dumb crap saying you can't use game coding on HD-DVD?
that's like not being able to play segaCD,dumbasses.
don't understand that it's still anyone's game at this point.
I have both formats(just to cover my ass)and what if the Blu-ray looses, they will be on the short end of the stick.
but let me ask some you PS3 owners, Do you really feel that Blu-ray would be as big w/out PS3?
so is my 360 (which also I have PS3 as well) but I'm not talking crap about how cleaner HD-DVD H.264 compression is better than PS3's version.
xbox haterz should jump off and PS3 haterz should play behind.
we are gamers (and maybe technology freaks) but c'mon with all this HD-DVD/Blu-ray news.
so buy an HD-DVD drive just in case they allow for HD-DVD games.
I can't use deep color or 7.1 surround, but most HDTV's don't have deep color or 7.1 surround yet.
look it up in wikipedia the 1.3 is rarely needed in this situation.
but I would say VGA=HDMI
I have an 1.2 HDMI for the PS3 and I won't ever use my Components for it again (unless the HDMI cables gives).
wifi and HD-DVD is an add on which is a choice, I have a choice not to pay for it now if I want it later on then yeah okay I'll shell out the moolah I'll still make off a lil better than getting everything in one shot.:laugh
well it wouldn't be losing if you would've supported it, I mean damn to say I'm a wait to see which one win is like waiting to see who wins the console to buy the winning system.(it makes no sense)
on topic 360 pro vs ps3 60GB
360=350,$50 online, 180 HD-DVD,free remote,HD cables & headset=$580
PS3=500,free online,free blu-ray but for a good 1.3 HDMI $50, blu-ray remote=$30,Head set=$30=$610
winner=360 hands down.:P
for M$ to let game developers decide whether or not if they want to make games on HD-DVD or multidisk. the ppl that disagree are the ones that don't have HD-DVD or a 360 for that matter.
I see the developers needing more space for rpg's and action games so HDD would suffice and disk space (HD-DVD,Blu-Ray) in like another or 2.
that blu-ray will win only because they have a ps3 (I have one myself) but when it comes to regular consumers they see price not technology ppl, so if it's something that could do the same for less price then guess what HD-DVD will surely win in the long run I can garantee.
but I thinks it even (some cases Halo3) but other than that it's even.
because Japan is bias (hate to say it) us americans have to support each other we can't be bothered that another country have this grudge on us.
