Sounds a little like PR stunt at its finest to get the positivity back to give the illusion its open an indie friendly, im sure PS4 is just as open for indie's, that was a big thing for sonys E3. The reality is the 99% wont have a fuc**ing clue what to do with it or have the time to bother, expect a sony counter regardless.

I read car damage is about same as GT5, so its 2013 an still no car damage, an prob 60% PS2 polished cars. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm too confusing for me having most of the cars without interiors an lacking fully customisation, rather have 'only' 500+ premium cars that ill actually want to use.
