I disagree Final Fantasy IV-VI should be on the golden era and FF7 should be off. FF 8-12 can be part of the "silver era" FFXIII/XIV can be the "Wtf were we thinking?" Era
I think zelda could use some new ideas but i don't think the attempts they made in the past felt very much like "zelda" And really even if you like these ideas the core gameplay is still exacyly the same as always just with a minor tweak here or there.

Exactly I don't see why people like motion controls when there extremely finicky even with the BEST motion controls. If noting else they should at least make it OPTIONAL.You know how games have the option to skip cutscences(there for people playing a game more then once mostly)what's wrong with making something optional?

Idk i'm not sure i want a new elda since miyamoto(or aonuma) said zelda would be motion controlled from now on.
Maybe if they make the motion controls OPTIONAL and tweak them to work better.

All i can say is while gen 1 had great pokemon the game it's self was very archaic.
Plus All the gen oners would love pokemon like bidoof if it was gen 1 the proof is magikarp.
And besides if gen 2 hadn't existed we never get gen3 and if we never got gen 3 Jirachi wouldn't exist PARADOX.

But it won't happen because nintendo is paranoid that if tey let user's do this they will only play that game and not any future sequels (a level editor in nmsb wii would make it possible to make levels JUST like levels from NSMB2 and U in example)
Right now we know nothing of ps4/720. so it's hard to say.
What wii u has is at least a year head start on the competition which means it will get at least a decent install base and that will lead to many games being built for wii u first.
And sadly when wii u becomes popular you know sony and ms will copy it.
