When I read that, I instantly fell in love with this game
Liked the concept of the first game but it got repetitive quick. I was expecting an extreme Burnout, but all I got was an average game with pre-rendered car damage. Maybe the sequel could have changed that

Almost every FPS is superior to Call of Duty. The old Call of Duty games were pretty good, but it started dying after Activision milked it to death.
Can't wait for Snake Eater 3D.

Modern Warfare 2 did not have a decent storyline and "No Russian" was just a desperate plee for attention that added nothing to the game.

It wasn't tongue in cheek. Portal 2 knew it was trying to be funny and it did it without holding back. It's the funniest game I've ever played.

While the author makes a good argument, it makes me sad to think that this is the direction the market is going to. I love paying $40 dollars for a good FULL game, not a 99 cent game I barely play. NGP and 3DS for me
