Your right as far as X= Jump Square= hit. Gameplay hasn't changed. Graphiocs, Size, Scale and story have looked to greatly greatly greatly improve while Halo reach looks to have simply improved on all parts.

Well heck man. there is no easy solution for this. I mean you could charge people 5 dollar per account one time fee and then block them off their credit cards or something... Sure some people are gonna get screwed. If you get sent to the open zone or "Banned" then it's another 5$ to come back to the open zone. That would keep everything civil... There is no easy solution. If your brothers had to share an account then so be it. In the end it would be better for the overall population...
If they get perma banned they just make a new account... So 1 account per IP address but no perma banning. Just 1 month or so at a time...
Why is that funny? I agree 100%. For a 360 game this looks amazing. Good job remedy. Probably the best 360 dev out there besides Bungie(Thats all opinion though I feel).
To be honest my only real fears would be things like length or repetition which we have no way of knowing about for a while still. Really really good looking game though. Not even because of it's looks but because it just looks good in general. We'll find out soon enough though.

I think the big complaint is...
FF7 had hidden characters and espers(I think they were espers still and not materia yet... Can't recall). The world opened up after about 5 or 6 hours not 30-40... It was a whole world with showboarding mini games and all kinds of craziness. Deserts, snow, forests, plains, cities, swamps... This game looks to have 1 area that is just a plain with flat textures... NPC's galore with mini games and shops... Thats the difference. 5 hours of building up...

Played LO. It was very typical again. Nothing special to me. I would like Demons Souls 2. That to me is the best JRPG this gen by far... To each his own though.
You gotta have a guide though man otherwise you would be buying every single game to "judge for yourself" as so many people say... I mean did you buy Lair, Viva Pinata, Banjo Kazooie nuts and bolts, any of the 30 million shovelware games on Wii? you need a guide and if most of these reviewers who were once big time FF fans are saying "SE has lost their way" then I believe them... if it were 1 guy or 2 I would understand but when it's this mixed... I like the idea but... It wouldn't matter. Because people would saveall their vetos for the best articles. Like Sony explaining why God of War 3 is only possible on the PS3 or why Halo Reach is only possible on the 360... So lets say I veto'd one of those for some reason. Some no name site would take the info and paste it on their site and submit it here as news... Now my veto is gone and thats it...

Did you look at these pics? It looks like baldurs gate or diablo or something. Not at all like tomb raider. it really doesn't have much to do with console wars or anything to me(If you ask me personally I agree with your choice in console but thats besides the point). It looks like a dated game. maybe I need to see some big screen...
The demo was ok... I'll probably be getting it in the mid summer lul. I love the huge huge open world. I wish I had more time in the demo. Oh well. It does look promising. We shall see.

I really loved the first modern warfare. As a vet myself I had a few moments of de ja vu while playing. the second one was very weak story wise and waaaay too B movie for me. however the biggest saving grace in the game is by far the Co- op mode. I love it. The online is glitchy and kinda lame but yeah....
I feel like they will save the "Big" announcements for GDC or something else. I do hope for a Infamous 2 game though.
The truth is I have even thought about it from time to time. I would like to see Alan Wake and... Well thats about it and maybe after that find something worth trying like crackdown 2 or maybe some XBLA games but then I remember "Oh yeah I would have to pay for XBL to get the full experience" and the simple idea of paying to play online pi$$es me off so much I simply turn off the idea of a 360 all together...
