Why would they....if they both do a powerful console each then the Wii U is going to be in the minority, and where do you think developers will want to go then.
Do they want to stay producing games on all three consoles or would they just develop for the PS4 and 720 and produce much more powerful games which can do much more.

Evil Cole is a main example of a character who is DLC material. Instead they put him in the game instead of adding another first party character.
Aveline (Assasssins Creed in general), Tekken characters and GTA characters are DLC material aswell but everyone else are characters you would expect to be in a game like this.

The only thing I can really complain about is probably the length, I just wished it was a bit longer. I'd rather have that then Sparten Ops and then let them do Sparten Ops as DLC after they finish the game, something I feel Valve should of done with Portal 2s DLC. It's a lot easier adding in a seperate mode for a game then it is to make single player DLC for the campaign.
The other nit picking complaint would be the music, it's not very Halo like. It's epic...

I don't see the point of switching characters though, I mean I'd rather they let you choose from the start who you want to be and you play them for the entire game. People are going to have their favorites so switching will seem pointless in my opinion

Hmmm maybe because Mass Effect was a single play game, if actually went on about multiplayer then I'm guessing you didnt enjoy it's single play aspect...what it's suppose to be about.
The majority of people never wanted multiplayer in ME, it's a game where, like Dead Space 2, Bioshock and hell Assassins Creed, it was really not needed.

No one wanted it in the first place, leave the multiplayer and focus on restoring the franchise to what it was while gaining some respect back in the process.
Seriously the multiplayer is average at best, it bugs me they hire a team to the multiplayer yet for cut content like the Omega DLC they left it unfinished because they had a deadline.
Don't just clone characters and reskin them, give each character a differnt move set.
Seriously if thats the case don't waste character slots on them, make them skins. For example Fox and Wolf, make Wolf a skin for Fox.
The only two who should away with this are Mario and Luigi but even then I would like something to seperate them more.

When it comes from the reviews section, why not, if theres a bunch of them then it's better to browse their reviews and see what they've said because they don't rely on Activision for anything.
No they don't, all they care about is the 360 version, thats where most of there money comes from...360 gamers.
