If the games cost around $5 like they do in the app stores subsequently, I'd be glad to pay $700 for a PS4. To think anyone would want to shell out $700 and $60+ for every game afterward much less the average consumer, is pretty moronic.
given how long it took for gt5 to come out, its good if they get a head start on gt6. And with how good GT5 looks already, i can't even imagine how gt6 will look

mgs4 rendered the cutscenes in real time. You can even confirm by having any camouflage on as snake and you can shake the controller to turn it off during any cutscene that involved snake in it.
gamestop likes throw out random dates to give people an idea of when things come out before anythings announced. November 1st is a monday and most big releases usually come out on tuesdays. I can't wait for the game either but I think whoever wrote this date definitely pulled it out of their butt.

Blizzard doesn't attend E3. They usually hold their own show Blizzcon about a month after E3 and thats where they make all the announcements.
I wouldn't rule it out. I remember SE saying they were afraid of the game not selling well before it was released. Dunno how well it sold but PSP games don't usually sell large amounts - probably in part due to people pirating the games
For the copies sold through steam, activision probably has to give a cut of the profit to valve for using their digital distribution system so they locked it until the 12th on the steam store to encourage you to go pick it up at retail.
edit: after thinking about it they probably don't pay valve as much per copy sold digitally as much as they do to the retailers. Has to be because either Activision or Valve are just being lame.

The wii version of rock revolution wasnt released until a week ago (November 11th) so ??? for it being included with October's NPD
My guess is that the announcement for the DKS3713 event is another sequel for the compilation of FFVII as the story still has some loose ends and they have said before that the compilation isnt necessarily complete
