I take it you're not a car enthusiast as, it wouldn't make a difference it it was production model or a a modified version of a Mini Cooper, because the chassis of the Mini wouldn't be cable to corner better than a Porsche. Speed/Power isn't was makes a car fast around a track it's balance between that and chassis being able to use the power effectively to maintain speed around corners and on straights. If it's to much then buy a regular PSP, what the hell is wrong with you people. Have you thought that maybe the production line is not cheap to get up and running, Bluetooth and the new flash drive probably add to the expense. Once production yields increase the price will probably start to decline. It's basic economics. America equals cheap apparently and to make it worse they can't seem to understand that they could buy a regular PSP

Gran Turismo (and developers) has/have:
1) Most respect among automotive companies
2) Used GT5 Prologue to put regular gamers into proper racers (not NASCAR, yuck)
3) Had the honour of designing telemetry for and help test the Nissan GT-R
4) Having automotive companies unveiling their concept/prototype cars in Gran Turismo

I thought Gran Turismo 5 was epic then I saw this, it's pure bliss. Art meets games. Might be even more emotional than MGS3 (might). Good time to own a PlayStation 3, if you have to be stuck with one console.
