what's the point of buying when most PS3 owners need to replace their "LAST GEN" controllers called the Sixxaxis so that they can have a new innovative feature called rumble! wow Sony is so innovative.. You guys should just buy the 360 version! Got it two days since it was released and have had no problems! It feels good that my $40 a year fee for xbox live is way worth it!
Don't need games when you can play blu ray! The price cut is probably helping the PS3 but are the owners really buying games for it or buying blu ray for it? From its dismal games attach rate and the fact that blu ray only outsells HD DVD 2:1 in software its either one!

Wow even if you comebine both the PS2 and PS3 numbers the 360 still outsold them! Now if M$ just drop the price on the 360 so that the Core version is $199 premium $299 and the elite at $399 and then another price drop next fall you can put that nail in Sonys coffin for the gaming market!
When people buy into potential games sometimes you get burned.. Just ask the PS3 owners who bought their $600 console 6 months ago for games that weren't out yet but promised to be AAA titles..Lair, Heavenly Sword, Warhawk, Uncharted, Ratchet and Clank.. Fast forward 6 months later.. The console they bought for 600 bones can now be had for $400-$500... We know that the first two flopped bad! Warhawk had no single campaign.. M$ should rework Halo1 add in achievements and put in online multiplayer and people would snatch that up for $30! I'm pretty sure it would probably outsell halo3 if they did that!
very true pornflakes... You can have an unlimited amount of hardware out there but if people aint buying the software then whats the point.. The attach rate and the 360s user base which will be at 20+ million by next fall is what will convince third party big titles like MGS and FF XIII to go mulitplat. That's the reason DMC4, Ace Combat, Assasins Creed, GTA4 all went multiplat.. I will be very very suprised if they don't. The only way that would happen is if Sony puts a lot of money into tho...
