Look at his settings, I would say the shadows look bad because all his settings are on low the more you up them the better it should get.
It dont matter who you get your internet with as long as you have a good connection and plenty of bandwidth remember IPtv comes through xbox LIVE.
I am about 85% sure it will at least come to the 360 to make a game this good they will have to get there money back some way and multi platform is the best way.

You could sell your 360 250 or 275 on ebay or to a friend or a pawn shop
or keep your old one but if you want a 120g Hdd you still pay 100.00 plus tax and say you sell yours for 275 and you buy the new one you get 120g,

A HD player is not a problem now you can download movies but there is a few bugs to work out and media on disk will be obsolete faster than you think but
I do think the prices need to be reduced on all 360 packs and they will but not soon enough for me so I guess they get more money out of me
