I haven't purchased GTA5 for last-gen version since the launch of 2 new consoles and deep down everyone knows that GTA series always go multi-platform, Rockstar can't miss PS4 and XBOX1. They are probably waiting for the market of next-gen to be more stable then port it to PC as well. probably a complete package with DLCs too. :p it would be so nice if they release a undead nightmare DLC like in RDR. I like zombies~
