Bungie, being the dev they are will probably want the best for each platform so they most probably will be developed simultaneously.
i think both should be around the wii, so it looks like the 360 is still having its boost.

i dont get what this is. Is this for chatting in 3D or does it have a depth sensor that is the same as Kinect' or do they both allow for 3d chat
.2 of a second is 200 milliseconds if i remember correctly if not i need for study time. and thats 1/10 of that. quite impressive
if the game has mario it may be exclusive to wii or it might be multiplat with exclusive characters for each system.
Preety good general ideas but its way to short for a game i.e its just about getting off the planet. It also needs more character development,new characters. one of the bad parts of KZ2 were the forgettable characters and that needs to be fixed but what you got is a solid foundation for the first part of a game.
i believe the trailers is running in real time but i just want to know if it was done the same way as U2 cinematics i.e motion capture? if so it makes sense because if its this way it allows for awesome lighting which makes the trailer looks awesome.
this cinematic needs to be compared with the ODST cinematics to see the real change. because that's the closest thing we can compare too. you dont normaly get that type of lighting in-game anyway i dream to be wrong though.
OMG the ps3 has 1 core, and 8 spe's one is locked and one is for xmb or something so that leaves 6.

i dont think they lost anything since is only electronic goods. theres no manufatureing cost and its all made by them.
