Technically I did write it yesterday, I just got around to posting it on N4G today. Either way though, you are correct. Haha. Are you planning on getting the DLC?

Creative read :) I've never personally thought about the Crackdown franchise converting into a brawler, but you make some good points.

While I didn't really care for the direction they went with the second entry in the series, I feel that the original, Lost Planet: Extreme Condition, had potential to be something even greater than what it was. I'm hoping that Spark Unlimited taps into that untouched potential and delivers a satisfying entry into the series.

I agree, I'm truly looking forward to seeing how Season Two plays out. Hopefully it ends up coming out in the fall like some of the rumors state it will. I really want to see what happens to Clementine and the rest of the remaining survivors.

Honestly, I've grown tired of action-heavy titles in the genre like Resident Evil 6. I want to be scared, fearful and vulnerable, not have enough ammunition to take down a small army. I'm glad The Evil Within seems to be on the right track when it comes to delivering scares and an intriguing, tension-filled experience.

Shinji Mikami has the potential to bring survivor horror back onto consoles. PC gamers have had terrifying games like Amnesia to keep them quivering for a while. I wish they would release a console version of that game.

Despite its noticeable flaws, I thought State of Decay was an addictive and ambitious title, especially for only $20. After over twenty hours into it, I still frequently revisit my home base to make sure my survivors are secure, my supplies are stocked, and morale is high. Now I'm just anxiously looking forward to Undead Labs' next outing, Class4.

I was disappointed to hear that Dead Rising 3 would be an Xbox One exclusive as well. However, like you, I'm hoping it will be released onto other consoles in the near future.

First, I completely agree with you about Revelations being better than Resident Evil 6. Besides Leon's more survival horror-like campaign, Resident Evil 6 was far too action-orientated and unfocused for me. I would like to see Capcom truly incorporate more scares and more survival horror elements into future iterations of the series and just make a Resident Evil that is filled with both terrifying, nostalgia-filled moments (think Resident Evil's window-crashing zombie dog) and pure, u...

Is this site only limited to PC downloads? I'm just wondering because it would be great if they could provide console gamers with inexpensive game downloads as well.

You make a good point, Raven is pretty badass. And he is from Metal Gear Solid which is a plus as well. Thank you for commenting and making your voice heard, and I appreciate you checking out the article. How did you feel about the characters that were part of the list?

That's a good point. Maybe if we ever do an updated version of this article, we will include him. I'm looking forward to playing that game...well, once I get a PS Vita that is.

When it comes down to it, deciding which bald badasses to include in this article was quite nerve-wracking (and honestly, insanely fun). For those unsatisfied with the choices made, comment which character you think should deserve a top-ranking spot on the list and let's start a discussion. I'm happy to talk about videogames with anyone that asks. :)

It wasn't flawless, but playing as Vergil (even for a short duration) really was an enjoyable experience. I have to give it to Ninja Theory, they didn't just simply re-skin Dante and call him Vergil. They really made an effort to make Vergil's combat style distinct and, personally, I really appreciated that.

I agree, I really enjoyed the unique touches People Can Fly incorporated into Judgment. They didn't just slap together the same Gears of War experience with different character skins, they actually tried to mess with the formula a bit and make the gameplay fresh. I, like you, agree that they should bring back Horde mode. While OverRun is a blast to play, I would love to see Horde mode added as DLC sometime in the near future.

Excellent article! :) You make very valid points pertaining to the near infectious hype surrounding soon-to-be-released titles in a clever and interesting way. I usually end up renting more than purchasing newly released titles because I'm always skeptical about the particular experience they will deliver. However, I ended up pre-ordering Bioshock Infinite (being an avid fan of the first two installments) and ended up being more than satisfied with my purchase.

I agree with you. However, in order for corporations such as Sony and Microsoft to draw attention to their specific consoles, they must have some sort of unique features that the other doesn't. Oftentimes, that usually ends up being software exclusives. From a consumer perspective, I would love to see Gears of War on PS3 or Uncharted on Xbox 360. However, from a business perspective, I also understand that exclusive titles provide consumers with an invective to buy their consoles from a s...
