I think it just makes the whole screen look a little more "harsh" too much reflection and light in some places and rain looks like a bunch of needles coming down at you.
maybe infinity ward should come away from the modern warfare series and do a new IP within the call of duty line of games
Not a bad effort from the 3DS, the biggest difference is the 3rd set of screens.

The story in this game is much darker than any previous too, I'm surprised parents let them play this. Multi-player is a little less full on but the campaign in black ops 2 is brutal.
They are not lazy, they have made a great game and on PC it looks brilliant. Consoles hold this back because they have gone for 60fps over better graphics. They have a little window set by Activison to create a game which will go on to sell upwards of 50 million, talk about pressure.
Great article, really brings to light how current gen games are actually performing. For PC players I can assure you this game looks great maxed out though.
Seriously good looking game, there are a lot of MMOs appearing recently through, its gonna' be a tough market for this.
Wow, if all these "screenshots" are actual console footage for GTA 5 it is seriously pushing the limits of Xbox 360 and PS3

Great ideas, Imagine chucking zombies in need for speed, mow down as many as you can, upgrade your car with various contraptions and have a burnout style slow-mo moment when you get a really good hit.
Customers are wanting more in one box, why have multiple things connected to your TV when you can have a Swiss army knife of a console? The PS3 and Xbox 360 are already good examples of this but the games are the stand out feature for now.
There was a lot of marketing and advertisement on this game, combine that and the actually quality of game itself and here are your figures.
I hate how on the back of Xbox 360 games it says 1080p, its really not, its barely 720p half the time.
I don't mind digital manuals but something should fill that lonely space inside a game box, art cards, Discounts for other related items, anything.
They should have put more marketing force behind this from both Sony and Activision, they could make a lot of money but there has been hardly a whisper of details or advertisement. They seem to have given the graphics a polish since last time though.
