The Wii does a great job at casual gaming. But that's just about it. The PS3 and 360 just don't "put a fresh coat of paint" on games. They become more in depth and have more and more replay value with acheivments, trophies, and in depth online.

Funny you should mention it. A buddy at work is looking to sell his used 360 at work for $100. It's got a 20gb HDD which is enough for me for Xbox. Anyone complianing about the controls is clearly a young person that hasn't been playing RE since the start. The controls are that way on purpose, it adds suspense and a sense of urgency. The controls are fine, get used to it.

I love everything about Bravias. Sony makes excellent TV's. You pay a little more but I've never had a Sony TV die on me.

Anyways, I like PS3 more than 360 but I won't say that Gears is bad or mediocre. Gears is a lot of fun. It may have a generic storyline (Like Killzone 2) but Gears is fun and plays great. Personally Fable 2 is my favorite MS franchise.

I agree with just about everything else on the list, I'm still kind of on the fence about Home. It is an amazing and ambitious project and once they add more I think it will be great. But for now it's still too empty IMO.
I thought Lair was a lot of fun and once I got used to the control it was a blast. Even after the patch came out I stuck with the Sixaxis.

Is faster paced and frantic. Since KZ2 has come out I've gotten very used to the amazing amount of on screen action and overall speed of the game.
KZ2 makes you feel desperate to accomplish team objectives and eliminates all the CAMPING that is all too common in COD. Every time I've gone back to COD over the last two weeks to play with my buddies I can't help but feel underwhelmed by COD now. It's crazy to think that after the game save data for 30 games, 12 full length movies, 35 episodes of Family Guy, 5,000 digital camera pictures, and 2,000 songs I STILL have 160GB of free space.
Its so annoying to have a machine with all that space all because the people who created it allows us to buy OTHER companies products instead of monopolizing you as a consumer. Wow Sony are such jerks for doing that (sarcasm).

If you love RE you have to play this game. The story is awesome. Not very scary anymore but I loved playing as Chris again.
Playing co=op is awesome.
