with a bit of jiggery pokery you can probobly rig up cards like that in 3-4 configuration theres a hybrid board with 7 pcie 16 slot sli and crossfire it would invonve creating riser cards to seperate the pci slots a bit
all the ghost image is is a fully installed predrivers version of windows without hte key they then slap a key on the bottom and use a oem sealing program to put in the key and set up the nice little first run wizard thing

the 8th spe was set aside to take yeild variations into account
if spe 1234567 are all capable of running at 3.2ghz but spe 8 only runs at 2 then hardware disabling is made.
this is whats been happening since day once of cpus, poor p3s became celerons poor quadcores became tricore and such ... they cant unlock it because its lily faulty...
