That's a good way of looking at it. The 2nd Runner is still one of my favorite games to this day.
I wish I understood what ppl loved about vanquish so much. Played it when it came out and thought it was ok at best. Then I find out it has a massive cult following so thought maybe my young brain just didn't kno how to combine things the right. Watched "high level" videos and they were doing the same things I did 🤷🏾♂️
