have been playing the beta and I would have to agree with everything in the article. It is a ton of fun and you can easily see how all the extra stuff will have modnation totally out classing all the other Kart racers out there. this will be a day one purchase, no doubt.
NON Gaming features.... things like an app store, the comic books, e-books (sony has a reader for those you know) and music. they are going to bring all digital media to the PSN ala the iTunes store. which is all fine by me as long as they keep our gaming free which Kaz has already stated. so relax gamers Sony is just casting a bigger net for the PSN that's all.

so far i have not seen the wii games push that far beyond what the gamecube was capable of. Compare the Metroids..... not that different. Mario again great game but not that big of a leap from sunshine. I love my wii and will be playing it for years to come..... but for the truly advanced gaming experience i will stick with my ps3.
i will be more excited when i finally get the update for this..... where's a release date sony?
the playstation brand just keeps adding more and more. getting better and better..... blu ray for psp skype for psp.... my head is spinning....
that's it time to pick up a slim! plus i will need to play GOW when it come out :-)
ps3 will be the long term winner in this race and the devs are starting to realize that with price cuts in their dev kits, wb going to blu. the gap is going to shrink this year between 360 and ps3. only a matter of time.
the wii will keep on trucking through out the year no doubt. hopefully by next xmas nintendo will get their "production slowness" up to the demand.
gotta give it up to Bay. for stating his case and sticking to it even when the studio that back his movies goes the other way.
