Ok, for crying out loud....there is NO CONSOLE WAR. There aren't casualties occurring, no one is staging a coup. All it is business, they want to sell their product....why some of you think it's a "War" as you put it is beyond me

Well, it was a rental for me but the more I see of it, the more I'm leaning towards just buying it.....It has like some 100 assassination missions if I read that right, a lot of variety and it VASTLY improved the drawbacks of the first one including putting more of an emphasis on the assassin's story instead of the modern day character
uncharted 2 is an expansion pack to 1 and should be dlc because it's the same game just a new story.....that's what you sound like
Seriously, what's so different about UC2 this time around? I'll confess I haven't followed the game but it doesn't seem like there's anything fundamentally different so on everyone's logic, it should be downloadable content

Seriously, how many people blindly buy something they don't research first? If they do, they deserve to have problems. There's no excuse not to have a hard drive at this point if you ask me....and I doubt the very casual crowd is gonna buy a racing game. Heck, I'm a hardcore gamer and I don't want it.

For crying out loud, I actually got a better model everytime it RROD (only twice for me in 3 years) beause the price had dropped. Just take it in and get a new one and you can keep your hard drive if you want .....it's a crazy concept and it solves all this pointless whining

some people might not like the game....although I'll continue to log many hours on Halo 3 multiplayer.....Halo and COD multiplayer games never get old for some reason
I'll be honest....I couldn't get into it. I loved Halo 3 but there's just too much backtracking over the same territories (absolutely hate that in games)and I don't like the story being broken up like it is....I recommend renting it because firefight is fun but I'm glad I rented it because I'm sending it back not because it's a bad game but I couldn't get into the story at all (two different things)
Why is it so important for each side's fanboys to take part in this stupid "war"? I mean, do you get a stipend from Sony or MS if you defend the PS3 or the 360? Does it make you feel important in the world? Personally, I wouldn't have bought it but I am definitely renting it through gamefly and I might keep it if I feel it's worth it. There's just too many good games coming out like L4D2 and MW2 and ME2 to buy another Halo game (love the series but I've already got Halo 3 and it's multiplayer so unless firefight is the most amazing thing ever....I'll probably send it back after 2-3 weeks but I don't blame people who want to buy it....I would have if it wasn't for all the other great games comin...
Only one I really would want at this point is God of War and that's not happening.....The other games I wanted on PS3 were MGS and FF which 360 will have now....before I get disagreed on all day. It's a good system with good games but just not a whole lot that I'm interested in personally...

Just trying to decide when to strike since it's gone down as the weeks have gone on...I imagine it won't get much cheaper than that. I can wait a week for shipment after the game releases for 20 bucks cheaper....especially considering I most likely won't win any of the stuff with the gamestop preorder
