TP deserves a HD remake on Wii U not just a port to 3DS. Heck I'd probably still buy it because it's my favourite Zelda game but still..
The vita has been dead for awhile, even some game stores I walk into don't even give it shelf space anymore. Sony and only sony are to blame for this mess and the sooner the diehard fanboys realise this the better.
Don't worry about the timeline, it really doesn't matter what order you play them in. My favourites though would be:
- Twilight Princess
- Ocarina of Time (3DS or console version)
- A Link Between Worlds
- Skyward Sword (if you don't mind motion controls)
- A Link to the Past
- Four Swords Adventures

Metroid Prime is still my personal favourite game of all time. The gameplay and visuals still hold up to this day.

Wii U is the best console on the market for quality games.
Can the PS4, Xbox One or PC play Zelda, Star Fox, Xenoblade X, Devil's Third, FIre Emblem, Splatoon and Mario Maker? If not, then nope.
How exactly is Nintendo in denial.They have said on numerous occasions they are are not happy with how the Wii U has been selling but at least they are still supporting the system with amazing games with more to come in the future.
