Driving around in the tank is the best part. Can't beat having the milatary called in.

Hardest game I've ever played. I maxed out on extra lives, and still didn't beat it!

Pretty balanced review, not sure I agree with the score. I'm also a little disappointed with the lack of content at launch and no store.
However, it's kind of tough to get a feel for a game when so much of the content isn't being released at launch.
