With the core being at $200 the unreliability of the Xbox360 will get more popular. They are digging their own grave. Only uninformed people with a limited wallet will buy this, and that's A LOT of people. Most of them will be parents of kids/boys who asked for a PS3 for christmas but got a 360 because it was cheaper.
