no, i understand what the theme of the game is; it's the animation, the character models, the combat system. those are a lot of misses.
not really sure why it got goty. the sidequests were boring. the guns lacking, the level cap limiting, some skills useless, and the narrative not interesting. and it's BUGGY.
in terms of atmosphere, story and gameplay, deadspace is way better than this crap.
it is getting beaten by a superior game (deadspace) in its own genre. deadspace is miles better than RE5. but i don't think anything compares to GOW3.. maybe ninja gaiden 2.. SIGMA 2, i mean.. the crapbox version is just crap..
ps3 games use dedicated servers.. no need to host games in PSN.. you can create games but dedicated servers will do the work..

bring back the BOG map, too.. fix it this time. in cod4 that map felt like i was playing a xbl game - insanely laggy..
the sniper's spot/mark ability really helps the other classes know where the enemies are, especially other snipers
it's only a problem when a medic revives me when i'm playing the assualt class.. revived without ammo means another death..
so developers are just learning how to use it.. at this point, it may take 2 to 3 years before we can see a game using this engine.. the thing is the 360 will be discontinued by then..
of course, the next xbox can top killzone 2 graphcis easily.. but right now until 2010, xbox fans are stuck playing inferior graphics a their console..
and oh yeah, there are no games for the xbox until the next-gen.. xbox 360 = the wrong choice

i have a wii in my house. i don't really play. tried it once, found it too shallow, kiddie. the golf game in wii sports is good, though.
because all my psOne games are gone/missing. and ps2 games look better on a SDTV. so i still have my ps2 hooked up on my old SDTV. same with the wii, ps2 looks crap on a HDTV even when played on a ps3.
we, xbots, have no good games at all.. gears of lag 2 is broken, gaylo is sub-HD and ghey, HD_DVD is dead, and we just have flop after flop after flop..
but i'll wait for the NA version, which will be easier.. if it ever comes out
the best thing about VC is the characters.. and of course, the art style, combat, and presentation are also top-notch.. it's a SRPG like final fantasy tactics
