This could haunt sony as much as rrod if not worse if these accusations of account fraud are true. All in all a uncomprised network and a reliable machine are important things as these both only hurt us gamers and tarnish sony and ms reputation.

Not every that's upset with sony right now is a 360 fanboy so get over it. As a gamer and a 360 fan and ps3 fan I just want to see this thing end so we can all get back doing what we enjoy and that's gaming. I do not seme any reason to hit someone why they are down and it should not happen if this was 360 having this issue but I do believe the comments would be know where near as kind and that a shame as in the end we just want to play our games.

Btw I purchased portal2 on 360 and it plats great. I have played both versions and they look the same. I personally think the kz franchise is more a tech demo then game. Substance wise its one of the worst singleplayer games I have played and its not even worth a rental in my opinion. The mp is better but its not my cup if tea in general. I personally enjoyed a lot of other shooters including crysis 2 morre. Its kind of funny how big online gaming has become. When ps3 first launched they did not really believe online gaming was big and then as it taken off they are now starting to make sure all features are available and trophy support. Kudos to ms for having online since xbox 1 and built a untouchable. Network and came up with achivements. Pretty cool what this has tured into where people can't live without there online for a weekend. If ms did not have rrod this might not even be close.
No problems here but I have not turned on my ps3. Been playing divinity2 on 360. The new package is aweseme for 30.00 at walmart. On topic just turned on my ps3 and it signed in just fine. Must suck to have these issues though so I hope its fixed asap.
Ther has been several studies and the recent repair history of electronics now shows the slim 360 is more reliable then the ps3 slim. Google it and you will see so if you want to tal about rrod it does still happen to the first batch consoles but not the slims.
