its not meant for existing user base. Its for people on the fence about buying one (look up quantity demanded (in relation to price) in economics). I think the Neo will target existing user base with emphasis on upgraded hardware 4K blu-ray etc. Its good to have a lower end option at reduced price and a more expensive (feature/spec intensive offering)

probably to many configurations to test. The only way you will ever no if something truly works in PC gaming is when it's released to market so that all the different hardware and software configurations can stress it out

OLED is not important in the least. 4K is most important it is teh crispness of the picture. HDR is then most important as that is the colour range that is displayed, so better colours etc and OLED is just a display technology which doesn't really make much of a difference unless you want really thin or low power usage
