Just a heads up, if anyone is having trouble finding it through searching (I did for some reason) just go to the games tab then the demos tab and it should be the first option you'll see.
Hope everyone whose played or has been playing this is enjoying it. As someone who has been into this series since the first game, there are a few things about KH3 that REALLY annoy me. But with that said, I don't think I've had this much fun playing a game in years. Despite it's flaws (and my stupid personal nitpicks that don't really matter whatsoever), I absolutely love it.
I remember being one of those d bags last gen who thought "60 fps doesn't even make a difference". Then I played TLoU remastered when I got my PS4 and the difference was insane to me. Needless to say, I felt like an idiot after that. I definitely think console makers and devs need to prioritize frames over graphics but I doubt they will until casual consumers themselves prioritize frames over graphics.
As someone who is sick of reading and hearing news about shootings, natural disasters and whatever other terrible things that are happening in the world, I love stories like this. I think we'd all be a little happier if we spent more time celebrating the good things that happen like this rather than focusing on the bad things. So publicity or not, I think it's awesome. Glad he got to play the game.
@BiggerBoss I think at this point these people really dont even care if the characters are gay or anything like that, they just want something to whine about. So if a character in a game happens to be gay/lesbian or something that people don't see all the time in the gaming medium they instantly claim that its "pandering" or "political correctness" just for the sake of those reasons. The thing that confuses me the most is, even if it WAS just an attempt to pander to a ...
PUBG gets criticized because the devs have made a ton of money at this point but don't seem to know how to use that money to improve their game (not saying they haven't been improving it, but some improvements have just taken longer than people expected). I don't think Fortnite or these other BR games are becoming more popular because they're casual, it's probably just due to the fact that some of them are more optimized and some put a spin on the BR genre by adding differ...
I'm not sure if you're aware, but Square have said that this is episodic in the same way that Lighting Returns is. It's gonna be more like a trilogy than a bunch of few hour bits of gameplay if I'm not mistaken.
What's sad is I don't think it's adult gamers who are causing this. I don't have any info to back this up so I could be completely wrong, but I believe the majority of MTs that are bought are kids who are using their parent's money to buy them. My friend's step son is obsessed with Fortnite and when they release new skins he never thinks about the value of what he's having his mom or dad pay for, all he knows is that he sees something that he wants. And it doesn...
Dang. I went to get this game about 4 days after launch and it was sold out (I live in a small town so the only place I have close to get games is Wal-Mart, and I can't get high speed internet at my house to buy it digitally). Either way I ended up buying MHW because I had been wanting it for a while as well but bills had been destroying my checks. At this point I'm wishing I would've held off and got GOW instead. I've had to cut myself off from let's plays of it because I...
I understand that the Dualshock 4 has some issues, but it's crazy to me that it's the first thing you'd point out as far as PS4 issues go because I think it's a HUGE improvement over the DS3 controller and one of the best controllers ever made. That's just my opinion though.
Then why bother commenting? I don't think I'll ever understand why people feel the need to come into an article about something that doesn't interest them just to say "I don't like this" or "this looks dumb". If I see an article about a game that doesn't interest me, I just ignore it.
I smoke pretty frequently and don't have that issue, so it seems to me like this guy just doesn't wanna put forth the effort to learn the mechanics of the games he's playing. Which is dumb since he's supposed to be a reviewer.
I'm pretty sure they were referring to the money they donated as making a difference, not the existence of the game itself. The article is still ridiculous though.
It's so strange to me how people's opinions differ from one another. I still haven't finished the game, but I'd say I'm over half way done and the combat is the thing that stands out to me the most with this game. It never seems to get stale imo because there are always new weapons to try out and different approaches to combat to try. For the most part I feel like no two encounters are the same, even with a species I've fought a bunch of times.
You do realize that Donkey Kong Country Returns was a completely new game and not just a remake, right?
I just wanted to add to this that Rare were releasing awesome stuff on the SNES as well. Donkey Kong Country and Killer Instinct were both great in my opinion and I still go back and play DKC to this day. It's sad to see what's happening with Rare at the moment.
You're right, this right will allow anything to be posted. Along with your childish comment.
For the love of God, stop whining. Some people enjoy reading other people's opinions. Also, the person who wrote the article is working freelance so you can hardly expect them to have some huge story to leak or something.
I also find it hilarious that some people on this site like to call out the journalists on Kotaku when they have Jason Schreier, who is basically the last REAL games journalist.
LMAO! You're the only one who seems to be triggered haha. I don't see anyone else here who lost there cool over this.. Nope! It's just you.
What does Inside have to do with anything? Yeah, it's a good game, but it's not an exclusive so I don't see why you're trying to bash Sony with a game that's available on its console lol.
