Upscaled where ? To use a bluray into ps4 pro and do upscale system or whats thats means?
Really that guy think anyone dont care. Come on its not sense from the beginning ps3 cycle the beat to use a bluray player so that was a grea advantage to other. Now i think it most important to get into a 4k bluray player.
That means support for everybody who wants share with friends or family to enjoy a uhd without use internet connection

really i dont know how the people dont care if it doesnt come with a 4k bluray player or not. but the certanly is in south america and other countries who doesnt the infraestructure to capatable the extreme internet to support high speed is going to be real bad because unfortunattly whaterever doing we dont how to watch content via streaming in 4k .
