Point taken and you're right about that, especially considering how many reviews are bought and paid for the publishers of the games. However I do like user reviews for that reason. Although a rental will completely remove all doubt.
Wrong. Check out their movie division. All released within the last two years or so have been terrible. Season of the Witch? Legion? And so many more...

I completely agree, don't ever believe the hype, especially these days in gaming. Anyway, I've had this reserved for almost a year now and will just be waiting to see the reviews before I decide to pick it up or not.

I'm pretty sure XBL is $60 a year, dummy-no-jobby. And at the end of the day PS+ (which I have) is $50 a year. If the discounts are big enough then it's very worth it.
I'm a PS3 guy and I've gotta say, this a very cool incentive for trophies/achievements. I wish Sony would've kept their word and followed through with their plan which was similar to this one. Anyway, this is a great idea!
