no Xbox has some great games and if you really really really like those specific games then it's for you or if you really really really don't want to leave your big gamerscore behind. Would a rabid fanboy say that? It has its appeal but as the numbers have shown it's a niche appeal much like WiiU (now that's a niche a man belongs to in case you thought that was a dirty word).
All great choices though a man would replace Mario or TP with Skyward Sword. The motion controls in TP were annoying but also useful for aiming. The motion controls in Skyward were bordering on gamebreaking at certain points. When you have to slow down your movement to the point where it doesn't feel like how you would naturally swing a sword then that means you should have left the motion controls at the door. They charge as much as the system with a better GPU, better controller (that actually has a rechargeable battery), better RAM, better games, more games, shareplay and PSNow (no equivalents on Xbox), more free games for less a year and they're rated better, and less future content despite that they announce their games further from release. Hell they offer exclusive programming and the first ever mainstream streaming service for games (gaming related but also revolutionary). PS4 runs apps, has shareplay, runs games better, gives away better free games, offers music and video unlimited, offers blurays, has voice commands, and shares easier and with more functionality. Yeah the fact that Knack is rated below stuff like ACU and Ryse is just criminal. It was a fun little game that was actually very challenging (in the right way) at points.
usually people who trash on GT or Driveclub are just trying to push the image of Forza beyond what it deserves. Ulterior motives are abound this gen when talking exclusives (mostly from a camp that can't fall back on sales anymore)
Killzone is a great next shooter as well. A man isn't in to either genre (racing or FPS) but has played both of these and had fun. Killzone is great because it gives us open environments and gadgets to zip and dive around them in. Even if PS4 only sells a million there lifetime that's still 1/100th of the sales if it sells very well. A man thinks it will sell anywhere from 2-5m there this gen and console sales there will only increase as the govt. stops controlling entertainment and the populace gets more free cash.

A man would be more surprised if they DIDN'T make one of the best games out there at this point. 11 of their last 12 games have been exemplary.
Xbox can't do much in Europe. They didn't even both cutting price this holiday there because they knew Europeans knew better than to support attempted industry ruiners.
