Just make it $40 and a man will buy. Sly 4 and Puppeteer did it and Knack doesn't look as good as those 2 so far but a man hopes he is wrong.
A man thinks LoU did just fine on PS3 he doesn't see any need for a PS4 version. However a man does think GTA5's huge world could be running at a faster framerate and with better draw distance and of course sharing his crazy GTA moments would be awesome. A man doesn't see how LoU could be improved so significantly on PS4 and would rather have whoever would make that make a game specifically for PS4.
Then a user should get it when they get PS4 for a cheaper price (both game and hardware). In the meantime enjoy Puppeteer, Beyond, GTA5, Ratchet Nexus, and Batman which aren't available on PS4. Just don't bother getting the inferior versions of Watch Dogs, BF4, AC4, or COD Ghosts on PS3/360. They will be running at a lower framerate and be severely gimped (a man knows BF4 will have 24 player matches instead of 64 on those systems) in many areas. Just wait and get them on PS4 or PC...

Most of man's PS3 games are first party (other than PS+ downloads) he just loves the work they do compared to third party companies. Not to say 3rd party doesn't have gems (a man is looking forward to getting GTA5, Watch Dogs, and BF4 this Fall alone) but first party games from Sony get revisited by a man more than any 3rd party game apart from Arkham.
PS4 version could have a stable framerate or even higher at least. That's not adding any features just showing the spare power for what they built. A man values framerate over resolution (within reason) anyway so he will take PS4 being more stable on multiplat games as a result of not being pushed as much as X1.

A man doesn't need a new genre to see innovation especially with existing IPs. KZ looks miles better than its predecessors (gameplay wise with way more open spaces and gadgets to open up the options for attack) and Infamous looks better than Infamous 1 or 2 which were 2 of a man's favorite PS3 games and we don't see many superhero games in an open world for some reason.
KZ is more open than any previous titles in the series and most shooters in general. It lets you tackle the situations your own way. That's the kind of innovation a man wants in shooters. Why does everyone use their damn index fingers on the triggers? PS controllers are so perfect when you put your thumbs on the sticks, index fingers on the R1 and L1 buttons, and middle fingers on the triggers. A man has always held them that way and it feels perfect yet he always sees people on these videos using their index fingers for all shoulder buttons!
