$40 would be fair since it's basically downgrading the PC version less than you did before. PS4 is very like PC and all the hard work is done so while a man knows you have to recode still it won't be hard or cost a lot.

Get the one that offers the best value. A man doesn't care if his friends are uneducated gamers and short themselves by buying the system with less awesome games which is what he cares about.
1 company was launching in Europe and breaking UK and Australia sales records (probably more country's records) while the other was concentrating on America. Judging by the gifs and the obvious fact that Sony was dedicating quite a large number of units to the PAL territories (250k in the UK alone) a man sees PS4 a clear winner WW with One winning in NA.

he doesn't give a crap he'll be fine regardless. The lower level employees at MS may have to start looking for jobs in this terrible job market soon though so MS isn't short on sweating it out right now.
