i can see where your coming from however say if they clockspeed on these new cell processors are faster then it will load things quicker not everything can be limited to the standard ps3 luckly
i STILL think they are going to be a few suprises in this update believe me;) why show the video and not show these features? or go onto the " new formated " friends list. or the trophy section? why is it 2 weeks between the showing of the video and the realese of the firmware 3.0? its useally realesed straight after, i hope something good like in game lobby/in game chat is coming out off this!!

i agree iv been saying the exact same thing since i saw it.
notice the second video from pcworld nither eric or that guy flicks onto the friend list. or go onto the new trophy section interesting. theres still 2 weeks before this firmware comes out useally the video realeses a day or 2 before the actul firmware i believe they are more features! i hope to god its in game chat!

whats with the disagrees i know the fanboys are hitting disagrees but the price drop will take effect. last november when all 3 models of the xbox 360 got a price drop xbox 360 came back on top nd has done for a few months now but before PS3 was hammering it with its momentum microsoft came in with its price cuts as it did

we want to see in game chat / in game party, improved gamer cards , voice messaging, video messaging, the video store for eourpe, iron out a few bugs nd stuff AKA move the battery meter away from the time when PS button is used, want a standard in game party where we can watch a movie or play a game nd never lose contact with each other. intergate home a bit more would be nice and give us some more apps! video apps maybe maybe even a app store that would be pushin the boat out like a on deman...

awesome videos but bit of a misleading title.
the ps3 has those features u can set it to switch off after a certain amout of time and also it has parental features. microsoft seriously what will they say next its beyond a joke
