Yeah, if the eye toy, ps move and the Vita are anything to go by VR will have a short life, I'd much rather Sony focus completely on the great AAA exclusives that they're known for, VR is a disaster waiting to happen.
Wow... talk about insecurity, you assume I'm an xbox fanboy because I criticise the PS4, do you want to know why I criticise it? Because I want it to better itself, companies rely on critical fan feedback in order to know what aspects need to be improved upon, and for the record I've never even touched an xbox controller in my life, its exclusives and offerings have just never been my cup of tea.
God damn VR is gonna take up all of Sony's first party studios' time, this is seriously worrying, I have no interest in VR and I never will, and there are many many others that also hate the idea of having a device strapped to their face, it's unappealing, uncomfortable and just completely absurd...
The whole thing is such a gimmick and people will eventually come to realise that but we have to go through the hype and disappointment stages first so I'll just w...
It's neither a mistake nor a miracle, it's just business, Kojima is a money making machine and Sony knows it, they would have been fools to not make him an offer.
Whatever his next game is it will no doubt be full of 'f*ck Konami' easter eggs.
I would let them all make passionate love to as long as Jade Raymond is among them.
#WorthIt
Nevermind.
@S2Killinit
Gears of War had replay value, coop and multiplayer, you were getting your money's worth if you're into cover shooters, The Order doesn't provide any of that and also half The Order's length is cutscenes, the reviews for both games reflect those points, know the premise of an argument before contributing to it...
@Rimeskeem
No I'm actually not, as I said I love Bloodborne and Until Dawn, but I can't just lie to myself and say The Order isn't trash, let's be honest here, if The Order was a multiplatform game then nobody would care, it would end up like Fracture or Neverdead, completely forgotten about a day after release, there's a reason it bombed in sales... and no it's not because "xbox fanboy journalists smeared the game with negativity due to a hatred ...
The Good:
Graphics
Soundtrack
The Bad:
Far too many QTE's
Letterboxed view
Terrible lycan AI
Shooting gallery shootouts
Instant-death detection in stealth sequences
2 boss fights which are the exact time and consist of nothing but QTE's
No replay value whatsoever
Incredibly short
4 or 5 chapters that are entirely cutscenes
Awful sequel bait ending
...
Until Dawn definitely deserves a sequel or a spiritual successor, Bloodborne is a no-brainer, that game was perfect for its genre, The Order on the other hand was absolute trash and the fact that it won't get a sequel proves that, especially since it was planned as a franchise.
Surprised it took them this long.
Instead of releasing an AC game next year I would prefer if they remade AC2 and AC: Brotherhood into one big game, imagine cities like Florence, Venice and Rome on a 1:1 scale with the current-gen technology? Far more appealing than just another remaster bundle...
The Witcher 3 and Bloodborne are easily the 2 best games of 2015, however I think The Witcher 3 was the better game all things considered, but that's just my opinion, I can understand why many people's GOTY would be Bloodborne.
Drake is anything but a normal guy.
Why can't the "fans" just be thankful that Square Enix is remaking it in the first place?
Or maybe The Order really was a bad game and your bias blinded you from noticing its many glaring problems...
You should drop the victim card since nobody has said anything bad about Horizon and it just looks like you're trying to start an argument for no reason.
This game has shown no signs of changing it though, Ghost Recon: Wildlands on the other hand...
There should be a Kojima section at the top of this site, seriously...
