TLoU had an honest and authentic conclusion to the world it was set in, people just don't want to accept it because it wasn't all rainbows and butterflies, instead they'd rather a sequel with the most boring concepts like playing as an older version of the same characters because most gamers have the imagination of a brick.

People are gonna hate the remake no matter what, if it stays the same people will be like "this was supposed to be a remake not a remaster", and if it does anything different people will be like "this was supposed to be a remake not a re-imagining", Square Enix can't win and they know it, so they're just gonna do whatever the f*ck they want with it.
Driveclub should still be in development to this day, the year delay evidently wasn't enough, they had to patch in weather physics and the ability to replay matches, the online and challenges didn't work at launch, the PS Plus edition has taken 8 additional months to release and that doesn't even have functioning online at launch... what an absolute disaster.
Sony are actually capable of publishing bad games, the sooner N4G allows itself to grasp that concept the ...

This IS a cash grab, there is no two ways about it, it has no reason to exist whatsoever, the difference is so minimal most people wouldn't even notice it unless they were compared side by side and even then it's hard to see a difference, and for the people with the whole "people never got to play this game on PS3" mentality, people also never got to play all the previous God of War games on PS3, why start with the 3rd game?
