THE MAIN REASON FOR ALL THIS PROBLEM is simply: There is a lot of expectation towards the PS3, it maybe due to the PS2 sales or just that every one knows that the PS3 is more superior as an all round game console.
SO THE CATCH is that due to this expectation, SIMPLY any sales or profit over the xbox360 that the PS3 brings cannot be smaller, equal, or slightly better, PS3 has to lead with a landslide before people will start giving it its proper CREDIT.

I think the consoles will be able to pull off MMOs better wit better framerate because many PCs just come with their individual for everyone but consoles are all the same (for the most part)
