Nintendo doesn't use their money, they try to be cheap as possible. Wii U is overpriced. 3DS was overpriced when it was launched and now they are charging $10 for a snes game.
Nintendo doesn't like spending, heck instead of offering money to square enix, konami or any of the big guns they decide to spend on a low tier sales game bayonetta lol probably the cheapest option available.
