Nope, Every SMARTPHONE games loses appeal very fast, especially boring, repetitive games with minimal features. People will eventually get tired of playing it again and again.

PC gamers uses Steam and most MS pc games are not really that interesting to PC gamers. PC gamers play Dota 2, LoL, Counter Strike, Hearthstone, Overwatch, Online rpgs, more moba games. That kind of games is something MS doesn't have.
Xbox One Scorpio is late to the party because PS5 is just around the corner after next year. lol
I think you are one sided, if it flops on PS4 then Xbox One will never get a 1 year exclusive deal again because PS4 is the market leader this gen.
Not only it's getting a ridiculous $60 price tag but it's also getting released in months that PS4 games are so stacked.

Sorry but september 2016 - december 2016 list of games are all better than Tomb Raider. This holiday is loaded with new games no one would even realize tomb raider is still being released for ps4.
Xbox One has no new exclusives so they resort to playing last gen games. Most articles like these are paid by MS anyways. No one cares about Xbox One anymore, because the low hardware sales and ps4 3rd party games always outsell xbox one 3rd party games said so.

If Neo is delayed to next year then it will be to change Neo's hardware to tie with scorpio or even make it 6.5teraflops.
