i doubt it, its a minor feature that i do enjoy on the 360, and would def enjoy on the ps3. If they dont release it soon, its gonna be pointless putting it out with the announcements of next gen.

yes, we can change it and create new IDs, but the problem is trophy's/achievements. I personally on the ps3 trophy up to 1100+ trophies at level 13. I would not want to go re-earn all those trophies again. Go ask any of the top 100 in achievement rank on live if they want to change their live ID and lose all achievements. Guarantee, gonna get a no go on that one.
most ridiculous argument ever. If devs sue for lost sales through psn/live/steam/etc due to downtimes, then walmart/futureshop/GS/EB/best buy could sue devs for products not received. How many times have we gone in to buy a game and told the shipment didn't come in.

seeing/knowing the ending sucks, back when i was in college and Zelda Twilight Princess came out, yeah old, i know, I didn't have time to play it yet, thou I watched the ending at a friends, just the final boss, and still have yet to pick it up and play it cause no point. It don't matter what game it is, seeing the ending discourage playing it. Maybe not for everyone, but for me personally, its not the only game i saw the ending and never played. So now I avoid all spoilers/ending.

yeah sony handed the hackers the information, the psn was so unsecured that no-one bothered until now to hack psn.

how do you know loner, I mean seriously, are you a computer hacker and know their system and have in-dept working knowledge of other companies security to know and compare sonys. If it was so piss poor, why hasn't it been hacked since the launch of the console. if it sucked so bad, it should a been hacked back in 2006 when it launched.
knowing my luck, every game they offer for free, im gonna already physically own...
its better for sony to admit they were aware of the security flaw than to admin they didn't. Not knowing is worse than knowing and not doing anything. Although to me both is unacceptable as it should of never happened but it has and this is where were at now.
