This game hasnt even been in development that long! where the fuck is this all coming from? Most games take 5 years to make. from concept to launch date. This game is even more abitious than that. Who the fuck thought that this game would come out in 3 years? Honestly?
Consoles will not get mods that require a script extender. There's no way for that to happen. So really big mods that alter/change/extend the scripts won't be available on consoles.
Don't get me wrong I'm happy that consoles are starting to get some of the benefits that we PC players have had. But PC is still going to be the place if your really looking forward to any mod coming out. Especially the really big mods that drastically change things.

Personally ill go with what works across a broad range of games. and for me thats Nvidia. I used to have AMD gpus but their drivers were just trash. i got an older nvidia card and it worked like a champ. So now im rockin with 2 gtx 980 tis and not going back. and dont plan to upgrade or switch unless something drastic happens.
