This. If Sony or Microsoft would do this, I'd also be calling them out.
It humors me that people are this outraged at the idea of Crash being multiplatform, even though it has been the case for 15 years now.
That's the first thing I thought of, I did have a chance to check out the footage quickly before it got taken down but if it's doctored footage, they did a much better job then the Anthem debacle.
....and the vid's been taken down. Whomp whomp.
Can't wait for xbox gamers to have to feel our pain with time trials in CB1 :3
Wasn't expecting anything different. The company's previous Sega flashback models all had similar faults. I knew it as soon as I read the list of games and saw all the laughable homebrew/unofficial stuff.
umm Earthbound Beginnings?
They don't need to. This is catering to a niche group of gamers, not a broad AAA audience. Most of these print runs seem to hit about the right amount.Although for Night Trap, I do feel they probably should have made closer to 10,000.
There's a reason why they're so limited and they're definitely not marketing to scalpers (they have anti scalper policies in place). These are not large companies, and so misjudging the demand for a game could mean sink or float for the company. And predicting the demand for these games can be near impossible. If they overproduce games, it could potentially bankrupt them. If they make too few, you get people like you complaining about scalpers and stuff.
I honestly think ...
Finally. I can't wait for this!
RIP, to one of the most unique voices in the music industry. We'll miss you man. ;_;
The original Argonauts is gone, but like a bad horror sequel it's been reanimated from the dead. Along with Bubsy.
The 90s are truly back.
Yep immediately go for the piracy angle.
With that logo, I'm not shocked at all.
Wahhh, why doesn't everyone else have great expensive PC parts like me?? Wahh, why can't more people have >160Hz refresh rate monitors like me?? Why can't I be loved? It's okay if you're triggered, it's okay, clam down little child. Shhh... :3
LOL, this is a parody video just taking the piss out of idiots yelling at each other. While it contributes nothing factually, I definitely got a laugh out of it.
I did read your article thank you very much. I didn't say the article inferred to it as a scam but I was referring to the headline. When it's worded in a way where it's compared to the "Coleco Chameleon's Fate", people will immediately draw up the conclusion that it's a scam or shady. It's a unprofessional clickbait headline.
This is clutching at straws. So because it's a console that's supposed to be a bridge between modern games and the classics, and because the Coleco Chameleon was a scam, that means this is gonna be one too? Even they admit this isn't some third party, but Atari themselves making it, so I'm pretty damn sure this will end up being an actual thing. Stupid clickbait article.
Ugh.
And that's how you kill hype Nintendo. Good freaking job.
