I think that was suggested... by... someone? My memory is terrible. Anyway. I don't think gyro is good for racing games... even just Mario Kart. I just don't find it accurate enough.
Facepalm.
You're right man. Frank West is one hell of a photojournalist. Hehe.
This might be a stupid fear, but I'm afraid that with the time left, Wii games might be released in clusters and as such, have a diminished momentum due to increased competition. I mean... There is still little or no word on release dates for Skyward Sword, Pandora's Tower, Earth Seeker, Dragon Quest X, Dragon Quest 1-2-3, Xenoblade, Last Story, and Kirby Wii (an odd inclusion in this list, admittedly) and they have like... less than a year (maybe...?) to be released in, so... Well, I...
The Wii fooled you...? If graphics are that important, couldn't you tell beforehand that it was a bad idea...?
Question mark. (edit: Aw, you edited your post... now this doesn't make sense. Lol).
Anyway, one of the comments on the site was "I always imagine Nintendo trying to be "adult" is like a nun trying to pole dance. They can only get so far before rethinking their sinful ways." As true (and awesome) as that is, I really do think that an HD Zelda or a Metroid with full online multi could be great core experiences.
"However, Call of Duty, the biggest franchise of them all, didn't make the list." Oh c'mon. They went to the effort of gimping their games for the Wii, now they can just port the games over. They're going to put their games on every console under the sun, regardless of power.
I hope the character customization that has been talked about so far extends to other costumes for characters (I personally would have liked Wario's yellow shirt/purple overalls costume over the WarioWare outfit he was stuck with).
There's a Nintendo of France? Cool. Anyway. Localization is a huge problem in game release windows these days. Remember all that waiting for Pokemon Black and White? Lol. I don't understand why localization can't be done concurrently with development.
This.
I still want Earth Seeker.
@ djh... Cars shouldn't have sat nav! It's 2011! Know where you're going! Seriously, people on this site argue over every little thing.
Well yeah, but if you don't have a Bluray player now, you almost definitely don't have an HDTV, and if you don't have an HDTV, why bother with WiiU?
Beat me to it.
I just hope it comes out when the Canadian dollar is strong. I'm tired of paying thirty extra dollars on a console for no reason.
Mario Kart close enough?
You break controllers playing Battlefield...? Lol.
They were very specific in the article, saying that they definitely were talking about the new controllers.
@ plbelanger Anyone can lie. And most people do.
Actually no, I just thought he was flaming the WiiU. Lol.
