I think you're giving stadia to much credit. Even if it is somewhat successful I don't think it will dent the industry in any way, there are just many hardcore gamers that refuse to buy into it , especially the PC gamers .

I'm not making excuses for any employers who under pay their staff . But the fact is if these under paid workers found other employment, and the jobs they left became vacant , it would force wages to increase.
The industry is obviously over saturated which keeps wages low. Force them to increase wages by leaving.

We can pretend that MS hasn't acquired any new studio's and we can ignore that they are working for the xbox platform.
Sure MS didn't do a very good job this gen with exclusive titles , but it's pretty obvious they're going to rectify that situation.

Ya just currently launched on PC, and if ps5 psvr has the same specs or (close to it) as PC, well that's pretty dam impressive.
